We call each candidate that applies for a role with us. We aim to speak to all candidates shortly after they have applied but this can sometimes take up to a week depending the level of interest we experience.


Absolutely! Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll be reaching out to you a few times—we’ll call, text, and email to make sure we stay in touch. You’ve taken an exciting first step, and we can’t wait to connect with you!

We’ll do our very best to accommodate your request! Our recruiters are available Monday to Friday, so phone interviews can only happen during the week. We’ll work with you to find a time that suits you!

Once we have completed the telephone interview, successful candidates will be invited into a group interview. This usually lasts 2 hours and you will be notified within 24 hours if you have been successful.


Absolutely not! We only need your name and telephone number. The interview is based around you and not any previous experience. 


We understand that things happen. Please contact the recruitment team as soon as you know you will not be able to attend and we will reschedule your interview.


All you need to bring is yourself—and something fun or interesting you’d like to chat about! We also encourage you to come with an open mind and a ready-to-go attitude. Our group interviews are all about connecting, sharing ideas, and having some great conversations together! 


Both of our sites have cosy cafés where you can grab hot or cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. Plus, you’ll find vending machines and water fountains throughout—so you’ll never be far from a quick refresh!

We take a somewhat relaxed approach to dress code. We want people to be able to express themselves yet feel like they are in a professional environment. If you look in the mirror and think " I am ready for work" - then you are ready.


Absolutely not! No previous experience is needed here. We want to give everyone an opportunity to interview. We just want to get to know you.


Our group interview is a fun and interactive two-hour session where you’ll get a real feel for ResQ—what we’re all about, the role itself, and the exciting challenges and opportunities waiting here for you. But we won’t give too much away now… we don’t want to spoil the experience! 


Absolutely! In the group interview, you’ll get to sit with the team and see what the role’s really like—it’s a great chance to see if it’s the right fit for you. And don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to ask any questions—we’re here to support you 


We’ll just need either a valid passport, or a birth certificate with two proofs of address and your National Insurance number.


A DBS check might be required—but don’t worry, we’ll cover the cost if so!


If you were born outside the UK, you may need a share code and a few extra docs. No stress—we’ll explain it all during your telephone chat!


 Our agents get paid on the 20th of each month 


Our sales agents will receive 2 x 10 minute breaks plus 1 x 45 minute lunch break


Timing really depends on when we’re recruiting and for which campaigns. But don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated weekly on timeframes and start dates, so you’ll always know what’s coming up 


We welcome applications from previous employees, we will chat about this at the telephone interview stage.


We’re proud to give feedback to every candidate, even if things don’t go your way this time. We know it’s not always the news you’re hoping for, but we’ll make sure you leave with helpful, actionable advice for next time—because it’s never a ‘no’ forever! 


Commission structures can vary depending on the campaign, but no worries—we’ll walk you through all the details during your telephone chat.


We don’t usually do 1-to-1 interviews as part of our standard process, but if there’s anything we didn’t get to cover in the group interview, we may invite you back for a quick one-on-one to clear things up
